Biking Across the Kullahalvön Peninsula
Your journey takes you across the captivating Kullahalvön peninsula, brimming with art, farm shops, and flea markets. This leg of the route weaves through a landscape of gentle, rolling fields and rugged, hilly terrains offering spectacular views.
Beyond Höganäs, the path winds past quaint harbors and inviting beaches like Strandbaden and Nyhamnsläge, traversing the stunning and dramatic Kullahalvön peninsula. After Lerhamn, you’ll encounter the historic Krapperup Fortress, dating back to the 1500s.
At the peninsula’s farthest tip lies the Kullaberg nature reserve. A worthwhile detour, Kullaberg is a haven for activities like hiking and rock climbing, with its highest point, Håkull, rising 187 meters above sea level.
As you return to the coastline, you’ll pass through villages such as Arild, Skäret, Jonstorp, and Norra Häljaröd, with numerous charming cafes dotting this stretch.
En route to Ängelholm, you’ll enter Kronoskogen forest. In its southern section, known as ‘Sibirien’ (Siberia), there’s a fascinating UFO monument.

Ängelholm – A City of Activities and Experiences!
With six kilometers of sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and alluring sand dunes, Ängelholm, nestled in Skälderviken bay between the Bjärehalvön and Kullahalvön peninsulas, offers stunning natural experiences.
The Rönne å river flows through the town, ideal for canoeing or fishing. You might catch salmon, pike, or perch, and during summer, a ride on the Laxen sightseeing boat is a must.
In the heart of the town lies Ängelholms Hembygdspark, a lush oasis for the whole family featuring a Nordic animal zoo, five museums, and an exciting playground. Will you brave the treetop walkway?
